? ? My glasses were ordered on September 25, 2025, & delivered on Oct. 6, 2025. I began wearing?them that day.?106 days- about 3 months. If you look at my account, I have been ordering glasses from WhereLight since 2021. Furthermore, I have never had a pair of glasses from the company break so quickly. Usually, it is several years before they break. This morning I put them on and the lens fell out. Upon inspection, I found a large break in the frame.?
? ? I have sung this company's?praise for years and sent many people to you all, bc people love my glasses. I really do not want to have to move to another company if this situation is not rectified with a new pair of glasses. This is not a user error. I cannot see without glasses, but I also do not have the funds to purchase another pair.?
106 days of careful wear, and then for them to break is ridiculous.?
