Q: I’m going to rephrase that the spring on the left side is faulty. I didn’t comprehend how to explain that until after I hit send lol. Like the right side I can move to the side and it swings back. The left stays open if that makes better sense now. The left side ear piece even isn’t taught (if that’s the right word) to the frame inside. I can send pictures. Thinking it’s just a manufacturing error. Since the right side isn’t like that.

Q: Hey so of course it has to be my favorite frames out of 8 to be half broken. Soo the frames don’t sit firmly at all. The screw part is not sure if they were manufactured wrong or not. But the boa outwards. Not like the others. Like they won’t stay on my face at all. Almost as it the ear pieces were broken in transit.
