The reduced eye strain from wearing these all day compared to not wearing them is very noticeable. The blue-light filter tint on the glasses is very subtle. You may even take them on and off repeatedly to try and discern a difference. It might not feel like there's one immediately but there is. Before buying these glasses I just used the blue light filters on my phone, laptop and monitors. Those definitely helped but I still felt tired from looking at screens all the time. The addition of these glasses helped significantly. I don't normally wear glasses but getting used to wearing these all days was surprisingly easy. They're lightweight, and you can wear headphones over them without too much discomfort. They also look good which is nice. Overall build and sturdiness feels good too.My only complaint is they smudge really easily. Any glasses cleaner + the included microfiber cloth cleans them up easily though.
