Every set of prescription lenses has an “optical center”, which should align with where you look through the lens. Pupillary distance is used to determine this and should be as accurate as possible. If you fill the incorrect PD , you will feel dizzy or fuzzy when you wear the glasses.

But you have add value in your prescription, usually in this case, the lenses will choose progressive lens. it can see things at both distance and near, and there is no obvious dividing line between the distance, middle and near zones of vision. However, if you have not worn a progressive lens before, we recommend that you can still choose a single vision lens, as there is an adjustment period when wearing a progressive lens.
