This is not the first issue I have experienced with frames from your company, and it is unacceptable. Based on the minimal wear and the repeated nature of this problem, this clearly reflects a product quality issue rather than user error. I am requesting a replacement pair free of charge. I am not asking for a discount or partial solution. I expect a full replacement due to defective quality. I am prepared to provide photos of the damage as documentation.
