Lens Height is the vertical distance of the lens at its tallest point. If you want to order progressive, the lens height of the frame should be at least 30mm.
Bridge Width
Bridge Width is the shortest distance (in millimeters) between your two lenses.
Temple Length
Temple Length is the length of the temple to its temple tip, including the bend that sits on your ear.

You can tell by looking at the light or using the kit that accompanied ALL the other blue light blocking glasses. I kept them along with my other because they were cute and inexpensive but they need to be HONEST in what they are selling. Now I know one review did say they are plastic. Yes they are but not sure of what anyone was expecting beside blue light blocking for $13.00. I gave it 3 stars for false advertising but I still bought the other pair.

OD stands for “oculus dexter,” or right eye.
OS stands for “oculus sinister,” or left eye.
if there is PL or DS in your prescription, it means the value should be 0.

DS stands for “diopter sphere”, which means there is no astigmatism correction for this eye.
