Q: I recently bought two pairs of glasses with the same prescription, Order Number: 20825111802309. The glasses on the P5011 are spot on, but the ones on the A-2012 black frames are off (cannot focus). TheA-2012 black also frames fall off my nose and they are listed as having frame 16 mm and they have 21 mm. I think the pupillary distance is off because the bridge distance is incorrect. I cannot see with them nor are they comfortable to ask for a new pair, please let me know how do I process a refund. I cannot find the piece of paper regarding the refund process that came with them.
