Unfortunately a gem has already fallen out of them, but I am hoping that Customer Service can assist me on how to remedy this situation as I really like these and want to continue wearing them. Posting a review, Because I was looking for a ton when I had first ordered and it took my order a few weeks to get to me. Tracking was a bit foggy. When I got them in they were great! While adjusting to them, I couldn see very well when looking to the sides and I got pretty dizzy. It took me about a week to adjust to them but Ive had no problems since! Definitely will order again.
