Lens Height is the vertical distance of the lens at its tallest point. If you want to order progressive, the lens height of the frame should be at least 30mm.
Bridge Width
Bridge Width is the shortest distance (in millimeters) between your two lenses.
Temple Length
Temple Length is the length of the temple to its temple tip, including the bend that sits on your ear.

I have chronic, intractable (difficult to manage) migraines. I'm also a nurse who works on a computer 5 days a week. I have bought SEVERAL pairs of blue light blocking glasses in the past from different companies; most were much more expensive. They were all much too large for my face and had yellowish lens. When I saw these, I was really excited. They looked like normal glasses and the were super affordable! It came with a blue light and a card to prove that the glasses completely blocked the light. It also included a keychain with glasses screwdrivers. It was an amazing deal. Would 100% recommend.
