QMy PD is 61 so 30.5 in each eye but I am not getting the option for that. PD's start at 65 when you try and put in your prescription??pennyjshearman 2025-05-26 06:30:52
ADear Penny,
Because the frame you choose can\'t make your PD 61, the smallest PD that can make is 65.
You can choose other frame that can match your PD 61.
We have shortlisted frames for you that can do PD61, you can choose from this link:

QShe has worn bifocals before. B. This is the first prescription she's worn. C. The PD was measured by the doctor and written on the prescription. D. She puts them on and the bifocal makes her vision blurry. She understands that they are too low.Gladys N Desarden Garcia2025-05-26 01:15:10
ADear Gladys Desarden, Thank you for your quick response. We can remake one pair of glasses for you first. Thhen if the remade one is no problem, then we\'ll remake the other glasses, could you accept this?
if you can accept, could you measure your sister\'s SEG height according to the following steps:How to Measure Your Segment Height
1. Use a ruler that has millimeter measurements. You can also use a ruler with centimeter measurements and simply times the result by 10 to get your millimeter measurement.
2. Put the glasses on your face and adjust them so that they sit comfortably.
3. Stand about 8 inches (20 cm) away from a well lit mirror with your face parallel and square to the mirror.
4. Align the ruler\'s zero (0) measurement to the lowest point at the bottom of your lens, keeping it exactly vertical. Make sure you are measuring from the bottom of the clear lens, not the bottom of the frame (see graphic above).
5. Stare straight ahead and read the millimeter line that lines with the center of your pupil. This is your segment height measurement for these frames.
6. Repeat these steps at least 3 to 5 times to get an accurate and consistent measurement. Make sure your head and the ruler do not move after lining up the zero (0) measurement with the bottom of your lens until you note your measurement. Ask a friend to help if you are having trouble.2025-05-26 01:56:54
QHello. the problem is in all three pairs of lenses. Gladys N Desarden Garcia2025-05-26 12:37:44
ADear Gladys Desarden,
In order to find the cause, would you please answer us some questions?
1. Have your sister worn multifocal lens before ?
2. Is this the first time your sister use this prescription ?
3. And would you please tell us when your sister eyes focus on the distance range of the lense and look far away, whether your sister looks blurry?
4. And would you please tell us when your sister eyes focus on the near range of the lenses and reading, whether your sister looks blurry?
5.Would you please put on your glasses, adjust the position of your glasses on your face to see if your sister can find a position where your sister is comfortable with them ?
And we notice that there is no PD value in the Rx, is your doctor measuring PD for your sister or meansuring by herself?2025-05-26 12:53:51

Q I am still waiting for the response of why my two pair of glasses will not turn to tint and I paid extra for that. I need this taken care of ASAP. I will give you one week to respond to me and then I will be reporting you. And I will put you on the News here in America. Thank you, Kimkpeery69 2025-05-25 09:55:22
ADear Kim Peery,
We are sorry to hear that, would you please put the eyeglasses on white paper in the sunlight directly at least 5 minutes and take a photo of it ?
Or would you please put the eyeglasses on white paper in the sunlight directly at least 5 minutes and take a video of it ?
Please don\'t put them in the car or put them at home.
If the window of your car or window of home has UV protection film, the glasses will not change the color.2025-05-25 10:50:25
Prescription Type
Single Vision (Distance)
Distance lenses that correct blurry vision for far away objects, while things up close remain clear.
Bifocal & Progressive
Multifocal lenses that improve your vision for objects both near and far away.
Readers
Reader and intermediate lenses for those who have trouble focusing while reading.
Non-Prescription
Lenses that complement your personal style.
PD (Pupillary Distance)
It’s just what it sounds like — the distance in millimeters (mm) between your pupils. An average PD measurement in 63mm, but it varies by person. If your PD number isn’t on your prescription, you can measure it yourself by:
Lens strength needed to correct your vision. Positive (+) means farsighted, negative (-) means nearsighted.
CYL (Cylinder) & Axis
The degree of astigmatism in your eyes, as well as an axis number that indicates the orientation of the astigmatism.
ADD (Addition)
ADD stands for the additional correction that you need for reading. It’s used for multifocal lenses and readers.
Prism
Prism
Prism is power, measured in diopters, used to correct vision displacement, like double vision or an eye turn. Most eyeglass prescriptions do not have prism correction. A prescription with prism will have two values per eye: a Prism (power) and Base (direction).
Vertical Prism
Vertical prism correction is for vertical eye misalignments & prescribed upwards in one eye and downwards in the other.
Horizontal Prism
Horizontal prism correction is for lateral eye misalignments & prescribed in the same direction for both eyes.
