Q: Good morning Wherelight crew, Let me start by telling you how much I love your company. I have ordered from you folks multiple times and never had a problem before. This was the first time I ordered progressive. My order number is 80225260639182. One of the pairs of glasses I ordered is perfect. There is something off with frame 18041. I tried and tried to wear them, but I ended up giving up. I know that it has been over 30 days since I placed my order, but I was wondering if there is anything that you can do for me. Could the difference in the two pairs of glass be because of the frame size or shape? Do think I would have better luck with regular bifocals that progressives. I would appreciate you option, so I have more information on how to order in the future. Thank you very much for your assistance.

In order to find the cause, would you please answer us some questions?
1. Is this the first time you use this prescription ?
2. And would you please tell us when your eyes focus on the distance range of the lense and look far away, whether you feel dizzy?
3. And would you please tell us when your eyes focus on the near range of the lenses and reading, whether feel dizzy?
4.Would you please put on your glasses, adjust the position of your glasses on your face to see if you can find a position where you are comfortable with them ?
