Q: Hello, I received my glasses yesterday. They are progressive lenses and one pair is great but there is a definite difference in the second pair (not clear, hazy) The Rx on file is correct. The one with the problem is Pop Art Chequer, Frame color Floral. Q: Good morning on my last order two pair of glasses for a specific prescription were delivered to me, but when I tried them on the lenses are completely blurry. I’m not too sure why because I’ve placed multiple orders with this website and never had this problem before my prescription hasn’t changed. I always use the preloaded one in my account however, when I looked into this, I noticed that all of my orders prior to this most recent one there is a number on those prescription that is not on this current order on my other prescription to the number reads. 015 however on this most recent order for the prescription it just says. 15 like I stated I put an old pair of glasses from this website on the same day. I got these new ones. Both should’ve had the same prescription. My old ones have perfect visibility however, the two pair I received recently the right lens is completely blurry and this is nothing I changed in my account. I’ve always had the same prescription and always selected the same prescription when ordering really bummed out because I spent a lot of money and the other two pair of glasses for my partner’s prescription or perfect he has no complaints. I’m just trying to figure out how we can get the two pair that I ordered fixed.
