Q: I paid for express shipping and my order has been processed and has a shipping label and has never been shipped and has been sitting since 1/7/26. If I had known that I would’ve never paid for it thinking I would get my glasses faster. I have purchased over 10 pairs this year and I’ve never had this experience.
