Q: I ordered three sets of single vision glasses using my correct prescription. I primarily have difficulty seeing things at a distance, while my near vision is perfectly clear. The glasses work well for distance, but I find myself needing to remove them when reading anything up close, such as my phone or paperwork.
After reading your description of bifocals, I don't believe they are the right solution for me, as I don't need magnification for close-up tasks. I'm wondering if there's a lens option that provides distance correction on the top but is non-prescription or clear on the bottom.
The main inconvenience is having to constantly take off my glasses to read up close. I'd appreciate any guidance or suggestions for a lens type that could resolve this issue.
Thank you for your response.
A: Dear P Akeba,
We are sorry to hear that, but would you please tell us the order number first ?
And please send us the photo of your original prescription so that we can check it for you first.
