If you look at my account, I have been ordering glasses from WhereLight since 2021. Furthermore, I have never had a pair of glasses from the company break so quickly. Usually, it is several years before they break. This morning I put them on and the lens fell out. Upon inspection, I found a large break in the frame.? ? ? I have sung this company's?praise for years and sent many people to you all, bc people love my glasses. I really do not want to have to move to another company if this situation is not rectified with a new pair of glasses. This is not a user error. I cannot see without glasses, but I also do not have the funds to purchase another pair.? 106 days of careful wear, and then for them to break is ridiculous.? ??

Q: Hello, I am looking for help with glasses. Your search function isn't working, I have tried multiple times to filter glasses by PD:58 and nothing comes up matching it, everything comes as Recommended PD: 62 - 66. My coworker is the one who showed me this website and she ordered the pair "bunny" and her PD is only 57, yet when I try to order them it tells me "your PD is too small, please select another pair", so how did she get those glasses when her PD is smaller than mine? I've been through 12 pages of glasses so far yet not a single one has a PD for under 62. Is this an issue with your website or do you not cater to people with a PD smaller than 62?; and if so, how did my coworker order hers with a smaller PD? A: Dear Darla Sutton, We are sorry for this, if you can not fill your PD value, we suggest you to choose other smaller frame. Because we can not process this frame with your PD. Every set of prescription lenses has an “optical center”, which should align with where you look through the lens. Pupillary distance is used to determine this and should be as accurate as possible. If you fill the incorrect PD , you will feel dizzy or fuzzy when you wear the glasses.

Q: Hi there, I ordered 4 pairs of new glasses in December and they arrived to me here in early January. I LOVE all the pairs, however, two of the pairs I am having a hard time seeing out of.
