Q: Hello! I have a few questions. I don't Know if you received the message i sent earlier because i Got no confirmation through my email or I have no clue how it works. Ill send my questions once more so I'm sure I sent them. My questions consist of my order. I ordered a single vision pair of glasses and two progressive pair of glasses. Both progressive glasses are from the same design which is Naomi. The Brown glasses fit more tightly compared to the clear ones. The Clear progressive glasses are a perfect fit but the brown ones are uncomfortable. Then my single vision lenses also fit smaller than I thought. My question is can I get a refund for the ones that don't fit correctly or do I send them back and switch them out for another pair. How does it work or if I can do anything at all. Q: Hello! I ordered 3 glasses back in July 6. It was one single vision lenses and two progressive lenses. One of the progressive lenses which is the color brown came out to small or tight compared the other progressive lenses. The clear ones fit perfectly, however the browns are to tight and small. I don't know why they are different if they are the same just different colors. Also my single vision lenses feel tight as well however I don't know if I can swap them out or return them.
