Q: Hi, thank you for giving me the points for the 2 other reviews. I did 7 more with pictures. I saw it was 200 points per picture and review but each time I submit one it doesn’t process. I was wondering if that still was active or if it’s just temporarily down. Q: My PD is a lower number than you have on the drop down menu. My right eye is 29.5 and my left is 31. I'm super bummed that I can't accurately enter my prescription, I really like these glasses
A: Dear customer, We are sorry for this, if you can not fill your PD value, we suggest you to choose other smaller frame. Because we can not process this frame with your PD. Every set of prescription lenses has an “optical center”, which should align with where you look through the lens. Pupillary distance is used to determine this and should be as accurate as possible. If you fill the incorrect PD , you will feel dizzy or fuzzy when you wear the glasses.

Q: I need to return two pairs of glasses. I couldn't figure out why they were pinching my nose, but then I saw in the measurements, that both of them had smaller bridge widths than the other two pairs thay I got. I would just like to return them or do an exchange. However it works when they just dont fit my face. Prescription was fine. Please let me know wjat to do to send them back to you.
