Q: Hello, I need to my recent order 80226112228299. Either the reading portion of the prescription isn't right, or the PD, and I can't tell which, but I can't use them at all except for distance. The black pair appear to have blank spots in the prescription. When I am wearing them it almost seems like I have small raindrops on my lenses, but it's just tiny specks where it seems there is no vision correction. I have always had great experience with buying Wherelight (as you can see by my order history) and I have never had to return a pair, bit both of these are wrong. I am unable to find the "Check" button in my order to start a return. Can you please advise how I can get a mailing label to return these glasses? Also, I recieved these glasses around 30 days ago, so I know I am near the 30 day limit on a full return. I would appreciate your courtesy to refund so I can order replacement pairs.
