Q: My PD is a lower number than you have on the drop down menu. My right eye is 29.5 and my left is 31. I'm super bummed that I can't accurately enter my prescription, I really like these glasses
A: Dear customer, We are sorry for this, if you can not fill your PD value, we suggest you to choose other smaller frame. Because we can not process this frame with your PD. Every set of prescription lenses has an “optical center”, which should align with where you look through the lens. Pupillary distance is used to determine this and should be as accurate as possible. If you fill the incorrect PD , you will feel dizzy or fuzzy when you wear the glasses.

Q: I need to return two pairs of glasses. I couldn't figure out why they were pinching my nose, but then I saw in the measurements, that both of them had smaller bridge widths than the other two pairs thay I got. Q: Hello! I have a few questions. I don't Know if you received the message i sent earlier because i Got no confirmation through my email or I have no clue how it works. Both progressive glasses are from the same design which is Naomi. The Brown glasses fit more tightly compared to the clear ones. The Clear progressive glasses are a perfect fit but the brown ones are uncomfortable. Then my single vision lenses also fit smaller than I thought. Q: Hello! I ordered 3 glasses back in July 6. It was one single vision lenses and two progressive lenses. One of the progressive lenses which is the color brown came out to small or tight compared the other progressive lenses. The clear ones fit perfectly, however the browns are to tight and small. I don't know why they are different if they are the same just different colors. Also my single vision lenses feel tight as well however I don't know if I can swap them out or return them.
