Q: I have been trying to find a pair of glasses and have had to remove wishlist glasses one by one because the PD is not allowed. I have a normal face. A pd of 60. All fames that match my physical measurements are not able to be ordered on your site. I would like to know how someone is supposed to order glasses from your site if they don’t have a face the size of a giant? The kids frames that allow PD of 60, do NOT FIT. They are WAY too small, temple arms too short. I do not have unusual measurements. Can you explain this to me? If the glasses selected cannot support PD of 60, yet are in the exact range of measurements for my face, why the f doesn’t it say that somewhere instead of not allowing me to enter my prescription????? Every set of prescription lenses has an “optical center”, which should align with where you look through the lens. Pupillary distance is used to determine this and should be as accurate as possible. If you fill the incorrect PD , you will feel dizzy or fuzzy when you wear the glasses.
