Q: I just ordered 8 PAIRS of glasses, only to see that somehow the prescription is wrong on 6 of them! It states a positive sphere on both eyes when it SHOULD be NEGATIVE!! I responded to the email conformation, AND sent a separate email to the service address listed in the email as well with the correct prescription. Will you be able to correct them before they begin processing? I found the error and e-mailed right away, within about 10 minutes from when I purchased. If not may I cancel?
