Q: Hello! I bought a pair of glasses and after a month the frame snapped. While trying to repair them, I discovered that it seems like either the lenses are too big for the frame or the frame shrunk? We filled the snap with glue but unfortunately a few weeks later they snapped again. I was hoping to get a partial refund and a new pair of glasses?
