Q: once I completed with redeeming my points, pick it out the land putting the prescription in once I get to my checkout is giving me full price for the glasses so my question is what does the points redeem? What do I need to put in the code box so I can get what I need to complete the purchaseI have purchase a lot of glasses from here. In fact, this is the only place I have purchased glasses from so if you will please help me out with my question what does the points redeem? How do I check out to get my discount?

First let\'s explain a little more about the process of placing an order using points for frames: If you are going to use points redemption, not all frames on the site are available for points redemption. Only the frames in pointmall can be redeemed with points. The order of events is to go to PointMall, select the frames you want, click on Redeem Points, fill in your prescription and select the lenses you want, and add them to your shopping cart. You will need to pay for the lenses and shipping.Points are only used for frames in this case. Please also take a screenshot of your shopping cart and give us a screenshot of the problematic part so we can check it. We also send you eamil,please send the picture in the email

I went back to my points mall and tried to redeem for the Pink Bartley glasses but it wouldn't proceed past the Points Mall screen. I refreshed and 500 pts are now gone and the Bartley set is not in my cart or anything. Can someone help me? This is the first time I'm trying to use my points and I'm not having the best experience.
