I’m reaching out regarding my order #81025171854040. Unfortunately, the glasses have broken under normal use. The frame snapped, which caused the lenses to come out as well.
I understand you offer a 365 day quality warranty, and I would like to request a replacement under that policy. I’m happy to provide photos of the damage if needed.
Please let me know the next steps to process this claim. I would appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible.
