Q: Hello! I received my glasses Tuesday I paid for express shipping but they were not on time. I am having a problem. I love these glasses but I don't think the prescription is correct. My Peripheral vision is not right. Everything is blurry. When I look down everything is blurry. The only time I can see correctly is when I am looking straight ahead. How can I get this fixed because I really love these glasses and want to be able to wear them. I wore them today to see if I just needed to get used to them. I put the nose pads on that came with them thinking if they sat a little higher on my nose that would help but it didn't. I don't know if PD will make a difference if the glasses are wider than I am used to. I would love help with this. Thank you!
