Q: Hi. I replied to my order confirmation email as well. On the sphere, I put in plus instead of minus. The prescription should’ve read: OD -5.50 and OS -6.00. I sent a photograph of the prescription as well with that email. Please confirm that this has been received. I’m sending it a few minutes after I actually placed the order and realized the mistake.
