Q: I placed an order on July 26 and used Klarna as my payment but my order still sits unpaid. My merchant order reference number is 20725261655565 and my Klarna order reference number is VT3P2BDC. I'm set to make 6 payments of $39.32 every 26th of the month. That total includes expedited shipping for $21.95. Being that my order hasn't even shipped due to a technical error on your end, I want that $21.95 refunded and I expect my order sent immediately, expedited, and at your expense. I have reported this to Klarna and they are awaiting my report of your response on the matter. I trust Klarna and have used them many many times so I trust that this will work out with no further problems. Please be in touch with me as soon as you are able to.
