Q: I placed an order on 7/12/25 and paid for 3-5 day delivery option. My tracking was posted 7/16/25 as "label created", it's 7/23/25 and that tracking has NOT updated, meaning my glasses have not even shipped yet, a week later but have been ready for shipping and my delivery window of 3-5 (I understand business days) will not be met.
