Q: Hello I placed an order on 04/30. On 05/08 it says that order is done and will be shipped soon and gives the info for the usps tracking number. When I go to the usps page it says that they are awaiting package. I have a picture of this if you need to see it. Please help me to understand what is going on. I have ordered several times in the past With no issues so I’m a little confused. I always receive my package in less than 2 weeks. Please get back to me asap. Thanks!
