Q: The PD box when entering my rx is not allowing any number below 68. Trying this site for the first time is massively frustrating. If the glasses selected cannot support PD of 60, yet are in the exact range of measurements for my face, why the f doesn’t it say that somewhere instead of not allowing me to enter my prescription????? Please go ahead and try it. I’m sure you will love the process.

Every set of prescription lenses has an “optical center”, which should align with where you look through the lens. Pupillary distance is used to determine this and should be as accurate as possible. If you fill the incorrect PD , you will feel dizzy or fuzzy when you wear the glasses.

Q: I do not have the original anymore. Do I really have to drive to my doctor and get a new copy? I've made orders with this same prescription that turned out fine. This order didn't. I dont know what seeing the original script would do, since we've used it already and my glasses were fine. This order just isn't right. And seeing my original prescription. Won't do you any good because you don't have the glasses to physically test the lenses for the prescription placement.
