i have a round head, i got these in the bigger size and they fit perfect! they don’t hurt my nose or slip (why i love that they had the lil grips) and they’re easily adjustable. i always get the bkue light lenses added in so if you’re not bothered by the reflective of the literal blue light i’d say do it and it gives them a slight yellow tint which also makes it comfortable to wear at work all day / in brighter light.
