Q: I recieved my glasses in the mail today. Several problems:when I pulled them out of the package one of the legs was extremely bent very wide they wouldn't even stay on my face! I tried tightening the screw with a little screwdriver from and eyeglass repair kit and the whole leg broke off! I want a replacement. Q: You have the worst site I've ever tried to navigate through. I'm trying to set up an account nothing works I got December in and I had the month and no numbers come up . I can't input my prescription. I see advertisements for your glasses every day but until you fix this site there's no way people can order glasses from you. Now it\'s new year\'s turn, the post is much busy. For free shipping, it will take usually 10-16 work days. If you want to receive your glasses asap, then you can choose UPS, pay $18.95 more, then it will take only 3-7 days.
