Q: Hi Wherelight Support Team,
I’m contacting you regarding my eyeglasses. I’ve only had them for a couple of months, and while reading recently, I suddenly heard a crack and noticed the frame had split on its own. The lenses are fine, but the frame (acrylic/plastic) broke unexpectedly during normal use.
I’ve attached photos that clearly show the damage. Since this happened under regular conditions, I believe it’s a material or manufacturing defect.
Because I now don’t have reliable glasses, I’d like to request a replacement under warranty, preferably in a more durable material.
Please let me know the next steps, including whether I should return the broken pair, and if you can expedite processing since I depend on these daily.
