Q: URGENT PLEASE HELP!!! I have emailed seperately, and responded to the confirmation email I recieved. I realized directly after purchase that my sphere notation is positive instead of negative on 6 of 8 pairs I ordered. I did so immediately after purchase. Can the information be corrected before production of the glasses begins? Or if not, may I cancelation resubmit order? Im heart broken! That's so many many pairs of glasses with the wrong prescription!!! Please help! Order #80625112105067. The glasses affected are thes art numbers:3224, 6806, 18028, 11193, 95701, 0093. Q: I just ordered 8 PAIRS of glasses, only to see that somehow the prescription is wrong on 6 of them! It states a positive sphere on both eyes when it SHOULD be NEGATIVE!! I responded to the email conformation, AND sent a separate email to the service address listed in the email as well with the correct prescription. Will you be able to correct them before they begin processing? I found the error and e-mailed right away, within about 10 minutes from when I purchased. If not may I cancel?
