Q: I ordered a glass from your web. My order number is 2140904010946. Total payment is USD 11$. I got 5$ discount from your web. I used that discount in my order so total payment is only USD 6$ but when i process payment from my VISA card, it took USD 11$. Where is my discount? and what happened? In addition, From "Order Managemnt > My Order", My payment status is Non-payment although I already finished my payment process. How will u solve that problem ? Pls solve my problem as soon as possible.

Q: Hi! I recently ordered a pair of glasses and I was very happy with the overall service. The only problem was I had ordered black colored frame and I received a blue/grey shade. Im still gonna keep it, because it has my prescription glasses in it; but there should be improvement in specificity of orders in future. There also can be more variety, may be look at branded frame designs, and offer similar frames on your site. I wold like to buy more if I had more choice. Thanks!

Q: order # 2140730173434 Just received my glasses, love the frames. Unfortunately though there is an issues with lenses as they are considerable different from my other glasses using the exact same prescription. In fact the right lenses is actually skewing what I look at so pages on book look off kilter completely. I am not sure if this a production error or someone read the prescription wrong.
