Q: How can you charge such low prices?

A: We are able to provide the best quality products at a vastly reduced price because we cut out the middleman; we own our labs and equipment. There is no need to cover overhead costs because there are none! Less production costs for us means we can pass on the savings to our customers.   

 
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
 
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB and PayPal.
 
 
Q: How can I keep track of the status of my order?
 
A: Please login to our website, and click on your log-in name at the top of the page. ON the left-hand side of the next page, click on "My Order". Information about your order, such as your order number, and the date of dispatch can be found here.
 
 
Q: How do I track my order?
 
A: Have your tracking number ready (found in your confirmation email) and visit http://www.17track.net/en to track your package. You can also contact your customer service representative to help you track your package.
 
 
Q: I made a mistake. Can I change my order?
 
A: We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order changes, as long as the order has not already been shipped out. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing service@wherelight.com. Please be sure to include your order number, and let us know exactly what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.
 
 
Q: Can I cancel my order?
 
A: No problem! Orders can be cancelled within 24hours of placement, but emailing us at service@wherelight.com . Refunds of cancelled orders will be processed back to the original form of payment.

 
Q: What is your warranty?
 
A: All of our glasses come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which covers regular wear on your frames for 1 year, and on lenses 90 days. If you experience any issues with our products, please email your country representative. In most cases, we will offer to replace the defective item, or offer a coupon to compensate.
 
 
Q: Do you have any order discount codes available?
 
A: We do not offer discount codes at the moment, however, we do run special promotions through our official Facebook page from time to time. If you would like to hear about promotions, "Like" us on Facebook.
