Q: I made a mistake. Can I change my order?
A: We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: No problem. Just email us at email@example.com . Try to contact us within 24 hrs, since we process our orders very quickly. If you cancel before production you will be refunded 100% within 14 business days.
Q: What is the warranty?
A: All of our glasses come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which covers regular wear on your frames and lenses for 30 days. In addition, you can extend your warranty to cover accidental damage and prescription changes.
Q: Do you have any order discount codes available?
